Whether we get Carmelo or not won't kill the future of the Knicks. The team will improve with or without him.
It really does seem you are more focused on just "1-upping" the Knicks instead of actually rooting for your own team to succeed. I suggest you take some of that energy and put it into something more productive.
You spend all that time quoting and typing some-what of a response that you fail to show how I so quote "show the lack of intelligence and understanding". You shouldn't have even bothered posting quite honestly. You can't count on Amar'e knees to hold up. Look what Kobe is going through on one knee and Amar'e has both knees screwed up. Point is you don't have a lot of time to build around him and still compete.
And no, Carmelo going to the Nets wont kill your future, but it certainly hurts it. Since Leon Rose is behind this trade Melo to NJ possibly means that Paul will join him in NJ. And it would take at least two years for another big superstar to be available, which leads me back to you not having alot of time.
And I just think its funny and unfortunate that nothing can go the way the Knicks plan.

I ain't going to f'ing Newark though.
If Stern's willing maybe the Hornets can become the Supersonics and you can enjoy CP3 rocking a Sonics jersey for a little while anyway. And lol I don't blame you.
