Man there's alot of crazy stuff in this thread.

Los Soles, I don't know what your obsession is with Grant Hill, but If I were a betting man, I'd definitely bet all that I had that Hill would have been a really valuable help for this game, and wasn't holding us back or made us win because he got injured. It's just my opinion, your free to disagree. I think your crazy though.

and there is poster on here who is the most optimistic person I've ever seen. Anyone who seriously thinks we can win every single game for the rest of season has got to be joking. Where we are right now, our ceiling is probably the 7th seed.

That being said, I still think we can make it to the playoffs

Woo! We beat the Cavs, we are gouna winz thee ChampionshiP!!

No. I'm glad that we got the win, doesn't matter how we got it. It's great that we got the win amidst the shooting that happened on Saturday. It's funny how we complain on the board, but there is so much more out there in the world.

Glad we got the win, and hope we can keep it going. Hope Grant Hill is fine.

JJ Hickson with 23 points and 17 rebounds.

How did a PF playing out of position at Center get so many boards against the twin towers Lopez and Gortat?

Yep--There is plenty of actually legitimate information out there to make the same point Los Soles is trying to make right now. I don't know why he's wasting his time with this one game's +/-. Seriously, single game unadjusted +/- is one of the most worthless stats one will encounter.

In other news, Duds now has a positive adjusted +/- for the year! I think as recently as two games ago his APM was still being bogged down from when Gentry refused to play him more than 19 minutes, even in overtime games.:

---- Isn't Los Soles' point that due tot he injury, Hill only played 4 mins at the top of the game and so we saw what the team is like without him. It's about the only time this year he hasn't' been on the floor for big minutes. His assertion is based on the 44 minutes GH didn't play, not the four he did

I've been somewhat won over to his side, in that the argument is not about Grant's worth as a player, which is inarguably considerable, but his fit here and the effet his game has on the team's spacing. I can see his point and I'd like to see a few games where we bring Grant off the bench.

 :D Thank you.

Obsessed? I don't know. I guess. I'm obsessed with the Suns playing the best basketball possible. I have noticed a significant aberration: Everyone thinks x, but it's actually y. If everyone thought Dragic should start over Nash, I'd be doing the same thing, but nobody thinks that.

Alvin Gentry, the media, and almost everyone on this board thinks Grant Hill:
1) is the best wing on the team
2) plays great with Nash
3) should start

All of these are false. The statistics are unbelievably f***ing clear. Statistically, he is the worst wing on the team. Statistically, he is the worst player to play with Nash. Statistically, he should not start, and he should certainly not be the only player to have started every game. And there is no f***ing way he should have played the most minutes with Nash.

I want you to "get into it". And please send a copy to Suns training staff, they obviously have no idea what they are doing and need someone like you to show them how its done. Phil Jackson Jr.

Gosh, you're right. What was I thinking. Questioning anyone on the Suns--players, coaches, or front office--is absolutely absurd. Absolutely inappropriate for this forum. I'm pretty sure everyone in the Suns organization always gets everything right.

My apologies. I'll never do it again.
