Look, VC might not be that efficient yet but there is no reason for him not to play/start:

VC as a SUN: 17.5pts, 4.5reb, 2.0ast, 0.8stl, 45,5% FG and 36,4 % from downtown
JR as a SUN: 19.3pts, 4.4reb, 1.4ast, 1.1stl, 47,0% FG and 41,9 % from downtown

Imo he is doing pretty good and I don't like VC

Shooting % and assist rates should increase over time as he gets used to the system.

The guy has no finesse game at all and no touch whatsoever under the basket. He just flies in arm fully outstretched trying to dunk and when he can't, he just kind of lets the ball go and hopes for the best. Plus his midrange j is very unreliable...he's airballed quite a few of those this season.

The dunk is all he has going for him.

Still I agree he should get some more mins as having any p 'n r play (even if it's nowhere near as effective as Nash/STAT was) is crucial to the Suns offense.

However he does it, his scoring efficiency is very, very good.

But I'm wondering about Childress. Would he be just as effective as Warrick? He doesn't give up much size to Warrick, he dunks aggressively, he moves athletically, he gets fouled a lot, and he has more finishing finesse.

and he plays defense and rebounds ....

so, to sum up, he does everything that Warrick does and also gives us what Warrick doesn't - play the guy
