Sorry, that'sn all that I wanted to do for the thread. I was a little disheartened by the loss yesterday, and I didn't really feel like making a gamethread.

Sorry guys. Hope we can get a win tonight. I want to forget about that Nuggets game, and quick.

Someone posted this on another thread via valleyofthesuns...didn't want to create a new thread for it so I'll just post it here

Hey guys–love the site. I wanted to write you a little note to let you know a few things I saw tonight in Denver. I sat right behind the Suns bench in the first row. Here are a couple of observations (not rants)

1. Sitting courside I was amazed as to how Vince was not part of the team at all tonight. During tv timeouts he was talking to opposing players. While Nash and Gortat (more on him later) were trying to motivate the team, Carter was not a part of it. As Vince went in to do his pregame ritual with the chalk on the sidelines, Channing came along and ran his hands along the chalk breaking Vince’s routine. Carter stood there and glared at him and then shook his head and cursed at him. When Vince got “hurt” in the 3rd quarter he asked to get taken out and put on quite a show. Gentry did not even look at him or talk to him until he missed a couple shots and decided not to play defense–then he went out–no words there. The thing that upset me the most, and even my six year old noticed, was during the technical situation with Dragic, Vince came over to us and looked at the TV screen by the seat–he mocked Goran… not good. I wonder on a team that is suppose to be built on chemistry if there is a problem here. You cannot tell on TV, but when you essentially sit on the Suns bench as a fan you notice little things.

Posted this in another forum...I'll paste it here as well:

People always b***ched because D'antoni wouldn't play reserves...He was just too busy trying to WIN THE F****ING GAME to worry about some of our bench guys. Marcus Banks? Stop it. Jalen Rose? GTFO.

I'm starting to get sick of watching Alvin Gentry let Goran Dragic and Hakim Warrick ruin the game, and then parade to the press conference minutes later talking about playing harder and getting stops. The Suns offense is floundering...Play your best players heavy minutes and win games--If that's not an option, trade them so we can move on. Because watching our best players deflate teams only to have our reserves breathe life back into the opponent is getting on my nerves.

Vince got "hurt" last night?

He almost ALWAYS did that for us.
When he didn't want to be embarrassed, he just winces and that's about it. He'd come back the next game without any sign of being hurt.

I honestly think our team should've traded away Vince in the offseason just because his last game (vs Boston game 6) ended with a wince.

Hate to say this but I'm a pessimist about tonight. Brook Lopez and Favors outmatch us in the front court. If they dominate the paint we're gonna get owned

if Vince dies, i'm pretty sure everybody will be happy or won't care, except 10-15 people, including me.

game 1 of 8. i'm expecting the worst, hoping for the best. I wonder how our starting 5 would look like today? Woudn't be surprised if dumb a$$ Gentry starts Siler at C.

i don't think we need a video about this. Everybody knows that Vince Carter is the worst human being alive. He doesn't even deserve to live. Realgm members are angels

We lose tonight, and a move gets made. Someone gets fired or traded.
The Phoenix Suns - 54-28. Projected Record: 54-28 3rd Seed

The Phoenix Suns - 2010-2011 Projected Record: 30-52 3rd lottery pick.

Sadly, and I mean sadly... this.

I can't really see us winning tonight. Even if we're looking decent in the game we ALWAYS flush leads down the toilet.

I'm predicting that we lose by eight or nine points due to a collapse of perimeter defense, letting them rain down the threes in the second half, while half the team gives effort while the other half doesn't contribute. If there's a god, and he loves us, and we win - Josh has a nice game tonight. His match up is Stephen Graham who quite frankly is even worse than Joey.

Don't get so upset. This is nothing new so you should be used to this by now.

Nice game thread. I'm almost wanting us to lose so something happens in terms of changing up the roster. This team is going nowhere fast. Rebuild it.
