2nd round pick cap hold/max new contract?

Was wanting to make sure I have correct info for GM a Team game for cap hold and max amount for new contract of a player drafted in 2nd round.

There is no cap hold. And the max contract is the max contract.

forgot to mention that 'new contract' equals when they are done with their 1st contract and are now RFAs with a couple years experience.

Cap holds are dependent upon a combination of previous salary, Bird rights, restricted free agency status (if applicable) and, if we're talking about minimum salary players, years of experience. It's not possible to give an answer without specific circumstances.

DeAndre Jordan for example becomes RFA after his 2nd season. I am assuming it would follow the Arenas rule which I edited into the above post before I saw you replied.

Mainly need what his salary can be

Jordan is not eligible for the Arenas provision because he will have three years of experience when he becomes a FA.
