Or if Jones doesn't fumble in Chicago.

Or if Crosby doesn't miss the FG in Washington.

Or if we don't have that stupid punt penalty against Miami.

Or if Rodgers doesn't fumble at the 1-yard line in Atlanta.

Or if Jennings doesn't drop that TD pass in Detroit.

Or if we had executed a better 2-minute drill in New England.

Jesus, we could have been undefeated.

It is true that the "what if" game is kind of stupid, but it does put in perspective how one play can make a massive difference at the end of a season.

Anyway, I thought this was funny.

Anyone here to try to ease their mind after another bucks loss?

Go Packers.

That article was so true.

For as nice as it was to see Starks have that big game in Sunday, we didn't really have any of our typical long passing plays and that was partially why we only scored 21 points. Granted, Jones did drop that long TD.

Being able to run the ball in the NFL certainly has value and it's hard on an offense if your running game is inept, but for the most part, you score points via throwing the ball. The run game is more an avenue to keep the chains moving and opening up the passing game with play action. Long passing play are particularly helpful in putting points on the board instead of having to try and score touchdowns through long 8-12 play drives where one mistake can kill that drive.

Look at Capers this season. The fear of the long passing play is why i think Capers main alignment is a 2-4-5 instead of a typical base 3-4-4 alignment, even on early downs. Dom would rather give up a few extra rushing yards than give up more explosive passing plays.

I was just thinking the exact same thing.

Hot stove season is over, Bucks have killed my interest and the NFL draft class is the worst in years...I'm gonna have to resort to working during the day soon.

Rodgers is like John Elway when John Elway took all those teams to the Super Bowl.

Cowherd just discovered the Packers haven't gotten blown out yet this year.

And he ranks the Packers as the 2nd most talented team left in the playoffs, only behind Baltimore. Yet he still likes the Falcons over the Packers.

Tickets are easy to get for this game. Prices have gone down. You can get in the door for $83 now. Cheapest was over $100 yesterday. Georgia Dome seating capacity for football is almost exactly the same as Lambeau.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Hopefully a lot of Packers fans make the trip.
