Warriors will be looking for a little revenge. Baron is heading back to his old stomping grounds with a bounce in his step. The Clippers' win over the Heat means little if they don't win games like this. The Warriors are not a pushover imo and this can be a challenge that I hope the Clippers are up for.

One thing that I hope we do is to gameplan better against Wright. The Warriors have a ton of guys that can bury the 3, Ellis is just a little monster terrorizing opposing teams, Udoh is a strong defensive force, and Lee is still Lee despite having a sub-par season so far.

We've had a lot of home games, I'm curious to see how well we will play on the road. We were blown out the last time we played in Oakland, I hope that is motivation for these guys tomorrow night.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!

Agreed, despite the Warriors' record and our little win streak, playing in Oakland always has me a bit worried. Hope the guys can get off to another fast start again and bury the Warriors early.

On a side note guys, maybe we should prepare a bandwagon. Check the General section if you need any indication. Everybody wants to talk about the Clippers now, and we've been creeping up as that 'I've always rooted for them' team instead of that 'LOL@' team. And yes, it's the same people saying the first now, while claiming the latter earlier this year.

Winning or excitement is going to draw in people that wouldn't normally be attracted to the team. Bandwagoners can be annoying, but many can be great and end up following the team longer after the reason that they started liking the team is no longer there. It just all depends on their motives and the way that they carry themselves. A Clipper bandwagoner is a little easier to spot than a Laker or Celtic bandwagoner. A long-time Clipper fan has gone through so much pain, anguish and heartbreak, but has remained loyal. It would be very easy to spot a pretender (someone acting as if they have been a long-time fan, but just jumped on).

If people are hopping on the bandwagon, then that means that things are headed into a positive direction. I would welcome them for that reason, but the long-suffering fans will enjoy the victories and triumphs the most. As I said in another thread, I damn near cried when we won the lotto.

This should definitely be a tough game. I think that the Warriors play much better at home, due to their great crowd support. Baron Davis and Eric Gordon vs. Curry and Ellis should be a great match-up. Awesome back court vs awesome back court. I think that Wright will kill us, so I hope that Gomes sticks on him and contains him. Also, there's no question that Monta kept GS in the game last time, so we need to try to somewhat contain him, as well.

I think that while David Lee and Biedrins are good, Blake and DJ are better, and I expect them to win that match-up. Diogu, Bledsoe, Aminu, Gomes, Foye, etc. will all have to step up to win this game. I want to see how our guys respond to playing on the road.

Man, not crazy about our defense right now. We need to somewhat contain Ellis and keep them off the line if we have a chance tonight.

Return to Los Angeles Clippers
