I was emphasizing the 16 shot attempts ;)

Game, 30-11.

Halfway though the regular season. Not too bad, but need to keep this pace or better the rest of the way.

Jazz next?

2nd half of the season will be very telling of this team. We're relatively healthy, and we'll have probably the most difficult schedule in the league. I'd be shocked (and absolutely thrilled) if we ended up with 60+ wins. We're going to have to step it up a notch or two, that's for sure. With Bynum and Kobe both getting back into form, well, we'll see.

what a boring game. drew get's no respect from the ofiicials. it seems like they call everything on drew and they hardly call anything in kobe's favor. oh well a win is a win. 30-11 is a very respectable record considering our recent slump. second half os the season we should be gearing up for title number 17 for the laker franchise. is it me or does it seem like kobe has been attacking the basket more?
Only on realgm is 27,000 points, 5 rings, 1 rs mvp and 2 finals mvp considered overrated!

The last ring Farmar and Sasha will ever get. Unless they are traded again to some other team in there career. Wish Lopez was a Laker.

To his credit, Sasha actually didn't shoot that terribly. 7 for 16 is considered a pretty damn good day for him. 3:1 assist to turnover ratio is something he would kill for. He is a flawed player, everyone knows that. But as long as he contributes in some meaningful capacity, his team should be happy.

Did you guys hear of some whacky trade rumor CP3 Ariza Artest Bynum were involved? I heard it on the Max Kellerman show but I only heard the last part of it

If you really think Lopez is that good more power to you. Dude had one of those nights that everything he threw up went in & the refs wouldn't let Drew stay on the floor or he would have answered back. On a night he couldn't miss he had 6 rebounds & block in 37 minutes. Do you really think he's get the ball enough to score like that with the Lakers?

Defense is the key & from the looks of it, this new defensive scheme is working better for the guys. So that's something to look forward to.

Semi, you keep mentioning we'll have a difficult 2nd half schedule. Frankly I don't see it nor do I feel it's that difficult. After the All Star break we'll have 25 games til the end of the season. Of those 25, 14 are home 9 to prospective playoff teams. Of the 11 road games 8 are against prospective playoff teams. The only month that will test our mettle is February, we have that 7 game rodie that should tell us how road tough we really are. Hornets, Grizzlies, Celtics, Knicks, Magic, Bobcat and Cavs. But after that stretch that's it. Hell just take care of home and take maybe 6 of those road games against the playoff hopefuls and we should be OK.

I don't want it easy anyway.....bring it !

The schedule after the allstar break will be a good tune up for us heading into the playoffs
