8) Portland Trailblazers (20-20)

I put the Nuggets in there because with the possible trade of Carmelo next month, the Nuggets could slip. Heck, even the Hornets can slip with their inconsistent play.

We are only two games back and if we do well within our East Coast trip, we could possibly be right back!
