Wale is a top 5 favorite rapper of mine so I think it's amazing. Definitely sounds like a Madden song though.

Yeah no doubt. Wiz has been releasing good stuff recently. Wasn't a huge fan of Kush and OJ though...thought Deal or No Deal was MUCH better.

nice! I was a huge Chamillionaire back in the day with his first album Sound of Revenge. I also liked his have his first mixtape Chamillitary "Roll wit me" was sick.

Chamillionaire released Pass Out Remix with Tinie Tempah (British rapper who's pretty good). Good song...He also released The Game Needs Me (song over Cole's Blow Up). Pretty good song also. Southern Takeover is one of my favorite songs by him. He just disappeared, came out with a few songs last year, disappeared again, and released 3 songs yesterday. Hopefully he's back.


HUGE Donnis fan. Thought all his mixtapes were great. He did a song with B.o.B, Batman Flow, for B.o.B's last mixtape (great mixtape). Good song...weird beat though lol...sounds like something that should be a on Mario Brothers game.

Yeah Donnis kileld Batman Flow. When it comes to new dudes I like to hear them on features first because they go harder on it so when I hear him I was convinced he had skills.

Donnis mixtape Diary of ATL is crazy good. "I am Me", "Just the way are", and "dope girl" are real good.

I think Em signing some serious hip hop lyricists and workers is a sign that hip hop just might be headed in a new direction...Em is trying to challenge the machine, his new album had none of the typical commercial stuff and now he signs SH and Yelawolf!? He tried before to go against the grain and it didn't work out very well. Obie Trice was successful but followed a commercial blueprint and got dropped once he went with more of his own style and there aren't many symbols of success from that era after Fifty.

...I hope this is different.

I have a feeling Em is going to make Yelawolf HUGE. I'm not a big fan personally, but I can see how the guy could appeal to the masses.

Swave is a major problem....the crowd was probably the most belligerent I've seen but you have to keep your composure. Red was clever in moments but fell apart not sure why. Once again Sevah proves just when you think he's getting destroyed he pretty much eliminates all damage with just one bar sometimes half a bar

That ish had me DYING. Best part is O-Red had home court advantage...Swave turned the crowd against him quick, and O-red was popping off at the mouth during Swave's verses...but when Swave said something about parking lot, dude lost his whole focus and started freaking out. Loved when Swave said "lemme speak your language" and after O-red called the bar he said "you know what you are" to close the round...Dude is playing chess while these fools play checkers.

I'd typically hate on a name drop type of track but that beat went hard and it felt nostalgaic. Dope drop.
