Need to have a moderator from OKC on this board

It is a little ridiculous to have the moderator of the OKC Thunder be a Seattle homer. I was banned from this board by slick_watts because I did not sympathize with Seattle or their fans after continuous trash talking about my city by Seattle fans and their sympathizers. It is nice that so many Seattle fans followed and stayed current with the team when it moved but this is our team now in our city.

This is the Oklahoma City thunder no longer any affiliation with Seattle. There should be at least one moderator from OKC on this board. This thread is not to talk smack about slick_watts or any other Seattle homer moderator. This is to get some non biased moderation from this section of the boards. I mean seriously, is the memphis grizzlies board moderated by vancouver homers?

Tell me where is this forum located at? No where near OKC. If you want to go talk to an all OKC board I'm sure there are boards all over the internet.

This Thunder forum just happens to have a few guys who followed the team in Seattle.

Deal with it.

I agree that there should be a moderator on this forum that is an OKC native. This was the case up until the past few months. It's something that is being considered.

As far as being a 'Seattle homer', I would dispute that - I haven't lived in Washington (or been to Washington) for quite awhile. 'Sonics homer' might be more appropriate.

I'm sure if you were banned from RealGM (which moderators don't have the power to do, mind you), you were sent some kind of explanation. At any rate, this isn't the place to dispute these things.
