Celtics/Heat

Post#1 » by MagicFan32 » Thu Nov 25, 2010 10:44 pm

To Miami:
Rondo
Perkins

To Boston:
James

Miami gets a more well rounded roster with a top 5 PG and a good defensive big man

Boston gets the most talented player in the league

I think if you put McGee back then, he would get those blocks just as easily as Russell did. Russell's athleticism was well ahead of the players of his time, and that's about it.

its like trading for Andrew Bynum and Artest, or Dwight Howard, or Tim Duncan and Parker ITS ALL POINTLESS IDEAS. The Heat giving Image a long term contract is more likely than all these trade ideas yeahhhh........

Giving 2nd thought not sure Boston does it given their PG situation and having Pierce/Allen locked up

but is the best talent in the league worth making that type of change with?

Both teams are better.
Lakers are 22-3 in OT last 6 seasons:Kobe best OT closer!

Laughably bad trade for the Heat. One of the top two players in the game for maybe a top 15 guy and a banger.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy

Miami would be a lot smarter to trade Wade than LeBron in a deal like this.

makes both teams better in the near future but boston would be terrible in 2 seasons, they would look like the cavs again a bunch of over the hill players and scrubs

You cant trade LeBron James. Period. He is the best player in the league no matter what it does to the Heat's "balance" theres no fair value to be found here.

Boston needs to throw a second rounder in
