Why the frig did Griffin and Artest get tossed?

Odom and Davis - sure, but Griffin and Artest? Just as well there was only seconds left and all but over. If that had been the end of the 3rd it would have had a MASSIVE impact on the outcome of the game.

Stupid refs over reffing again!

Foye missed the 2nd ft, both Odom and Griffin went up for the rebound, Griffin's arm got caught up under Odom's arm, Odom got mad and grabbed Griffin's jersey and attempted to pull/throw Griffin out of bounds. Griffin stood there and turned away, but Odom was still mad and got up in Griffin's grill. Then B-Diddy came over to protect his big bro and he got caught up in it all and Odom's attention turned to B-Diddy, then everyone got involved including Artest...pushing and shoving. Griffin did not do anything same with Artest, but the look on Artest's face after he got ejected was priceless and sort of made it worthwhile....lol. In all seriousness, Artest and Griffin shouldn't have been ejected though.

Odom is usually a pretty cool customer, Griffin must have done something to warrant that attention.

Nah, they were pushing and hard fouling Griffin the whole game, the Lakers are clearly at fault here. Griffin reacted with so much class, I think there are few players in the league who wouldn't have reacted after everything he endured during the game. Odom's reaction was pointless, you don't do that sort of things when you're behind by 8 points with 6 seconds left in the game, that's douchey. Especially since the Lakers were already acting like douches fouling when the game was more than out of reach. Baon Davis deserves his ejection as well, but at least his behavior was understandable.

Artest is being ejected... well because he's Ron Artest. Honestly if it was anybody else (except maybe SJax or that type of guy), he wouldn't have got anything. Griffin I don't understand at all, maybe they thought he was the one who started everything ?

It really sucks because it was an excellent game ruined by Odom and the refs.

i think griffin plans to fight the entire league this year. i love it. i cant ever remember a rookie coming into the league with so much F-you attitude and backing it all up. i think the clips recent win streak has sealed his selection to the all-star team.

if you could only select one to the west all-stars who would you take, love or griffin? now that is tough.

and is eric gordon now the most underrated player in the league?

Or not, considering both those buys are centers. Leave out Zbo.

Griffin is a lock on All-Star game. Nothing else doesn't really mean much, as long he is there.

I had a dream last night that Melo slightly fractured his leg when someone fell over it in a game and screwed up Denver's idea of trading him.

Thought I should note it here, just in case................

Okafor had 12 offensive rebounds yesterday, tying a Hornets franchise record. Can anyone guess who the other player is?

With Marcus Camby going down with a partial meniscus tear, that makes five (YES, FIVE) Blazers to have knee surgery this year!
