His role on the team is repetitive and having a few guys sitting up in the pressbox is just a waste of cap space. Guys like Bates are a dime a dozen really. Hopefully he can help out the Marlies. I hope this means that Carlo is close to returning.

they should have never re-signed him, it's money they coulda used for Peca

I agree and there is little hope he will be traded, in addition he is on the books for this year and next year...

Agreed. Perhaps Maurice can take part of the blame on that.
