Good stuff.

mikecranston1 Charles Oakley is a tough guy and unfiltered on the bench, too, as a #Bobcats assistant http://yhoo.it/i9zSXR

Kwame is champ when it comes to hunting down the ball. He goes after it like nothing will stand in his way of getting it.

I can only assume Oak is responsible for that, and if that is the case, thank you Mr Oakley.

Great article! Kwame definitely seems different he will never be good but at least hes being useful now. Also pretty true about the big man thing...

If Charles had been here since the beginning, Emeka would have been Oaktastic.

“We got into it one time,” Bobcats interim coach Paul Silas said, recalling an incident at practice when he was an assistant in New York in the early 1990s. “He was shooting free throws and I said something to him. He walked up on me and I hit him.

I was a little skeptical of this move initially, but I really like having Oak on the bench. I really think he's had a big influence on Kwame's rebounding.

Kwame's primary attribute is his rebounding. I think he's helped in other ways, and playing time helped the boards.
