I would do:

Harris + Outlaw + $3m +_ #2
for
Miller + Pryzbilla
Butler (bought out) + (Stenvenson + Barrea) or (Terry)

You know, with the uncertainty of the new CBA coming up, I'm thinking more and more that no one is going to touch Outlaw's contract. Harris' value has just dropped a bit to much for him to be a player who's worth taking on such an albatross of a contract like Travis has, particularly with this "hard cap" that may come into play.

Harris value has dropped relative to what?

Compared to the flukeish 21 PPG season where the offense was designed to run through him (shout out to my ***ga L-FRANK!) sure it has but otherwise his value is right around where it's always been.

Hell he's even averaging a career high in APG despite being on one of the worst offensive teams in the league.

Compared to his All Star season. Nagging injuries and a noticeable drop in performance have dropped his value.

Even more than that is the looming CBA with potential "hard cap". My point isn't to say you guys can't get decent return for Harris, it's that you can't expect to be able to dump a contract as monstrous as Outlaw's in the deal and still get good return. Even getting purely expiring contracts is a serious long-shot imo because no team is going to want to severely hinder their salary situation like that for only Harris. Harris may have had the kind of value to get something like that done (even with the new CBA coming) if he were still playing All Star level basketball, but now, he simply doesn't.
