Trade with Houston

Post#1 » by Montanajazz » Tue Jan 25, 2011 9:57 pm

Kirlinko and Bell to Houston for

Battier SF
Martin SG
T. Hill PF

It works.

Battier comes off Books next year and jazz have a Very good shooting guard in Martin and future power forward in T. Hill.

Do you mean J. Hill? Can't see Houston just trading Kevin Martin for nothing and even less if they are also adding a young big in Hill.

Houston is trying to get rid of Martins contract so they might do this if you dont include Hill and the Jazz keep Bell (they dont want him) and throw Rockets Hayward, Miles, or #1 pick. They do that trade but not sure the conservative Jazz organization would do that this trade that Houston would do.
Top 4 seed in the West!!! Guaranteed!!!

Martin and Battier for AK and Miles is the no-brainer to end all no-brainers, but I would have to think the Rockets could do better than that.

Word is, South Beach is ecstatic that they
won't be seeing Millsaps talents again this season...

Source?

I don't doubt they're entertaining offers to trade him, but I don't think they view him as a burden that they have to get out from under.
