I didn't see anything that made me think he should be benched for Stevenson.

Also Haywood's defense on Griffin is pretty good right now.

I don't think Davis has missed an open shot against us in 5 years.

i hate to start this up but this is the potential of a healthy Roddy B speaking of the way JJB is playing tonight

Personally I think Roddy should replace Terry, not Barea. I think we can still look for a Barea upgrade, but Roddy, should be Terry's replacement. (JMHO).

I am about to watch the game on league pass and find out how Haywood lead the team in +/- with a +22 and have a statline of 0 pts & 4 reb.

Haywood came in when Chandler got his 4th foul and played so well they left him in the rest of the way. He was active, a presence in the middle and a big body on Griffin. Great game.

He might have a had a better game, maybe game 1 of the Spurs series in 09, but that was prolly JJ's best game he's ever had.

LOL and Baron Davis. Thanks bro.

The Mavs went from absolutely TERRIBLE defense in the 1st half, to smothering in the 2nd.

That was a very entertaining basketball game. Had to be the most monster dunks in a Mavs game maybe ever with Griffiin, Chandler, Marion, & Jordan. Fun stuff. Good win.

as much as i hate haywood for being a dog, he really played well, he was active and played much better then the box shows, if he can play like this on a consistant effort we can be hard to beat, i still think a jax for butler swap would round up out and leave marion in the backup 3 or 4 role and a healthy roddy wont hurt, im still concerned about dirks knee tho

Haywood taking Griffin down this game was some kind of a gamewinner for us. If Blake would have showen another highlight reel the momentum would have changed.

Both centers were great tonight. Chandler provided much needed offense in the first quarter when everyone else was struggling, and kept the game close.

Then he went on a tear at the start of the 3rd that really energized the crowd and shifted the momentum.

It was obvious from the get-go that the Clippers plan coming out of the break was to get Chandler his 4th foul, because they seemed to dump it to Blake Griffin every time down and he tried to create contact. He did a good job for a bit of avoiding the foul, but that only lasts so long. If it wasn't for the foul trouble, I think Chandler would have gone for 30+ tonight, he was totally beasting on the offensive end. 21pts in 17min. The post move he made on DeAndre Jordan for the dunk was a thing of beauty.

Once he left with his 4th foul, Haywood came in, and played great defense on Griffin, and helped keep the momentum going. Then once the Dallas shooters got hot it was all over.

Haywood played one of the best games I've seen all season, even if it doesn't show up in the boxscore. His hard foul on Griffin may have been the play of the game.

It was a great win for the Mavs.
