GT: Spurs vs. Jazz

Post#1 » by Nolan » Wed Jan 26, 2011 6:46 pm

When: 9:30 PM ET, January 26, 2011
Where: EnergySolutions Arena, Salt Lake City, UT

Starting Lineups:

Spurs:
PG - Tony Parker
SG - Manu Ginobli
SF - Richard Jefferson
PF - Tim Duncan
C - Dejuan Blair

Jazz:
PG - Deron Williams
SG - Raja Bell
SF - C.J. Miles
PF - Paul Milsap
C - Al Jefferson

The Jazz are currently on a 5 game losing streak and they've been struggling mightly on the offensive end as of late. To beat them we're going to have to stop Williams, we can't let him hurt of off the pick and roll and we can't let him take over the game. Our guards are going to have too have a great game on both ends for us to win this one as well.

It looks like Bonner is going to miss this game with that knee injury once again.

Go Spurs!!

I'm sorry my man, but Jazz are never that easy and being humble is part of the Spurs spirit..

That was a good win. Jazz are never easy beats. They swept us last year in the reg season. Deron played out of his mind.

Yes... but Parker“s D is soo awfull, he need to step up in PO if we play agaist any team with a good PG (Hornets, Jazz and Thunders)

I don't think any of the teams listed would beat us in a playoff series. TP's defense is not that bad. Deron is arguably the best PG in the game.
