(not a clipper but still a boat; and it suits this succesful road trip under Silas)

(with Larry Brown it would look like this instead) :

2003 NBA Draft repeated itself in 2009.

1st pick is a star and 2nd pick is a complete bust.

Well with Gordon out it seems possible to win 5 road games in a row for the first time in the franchise history (? - I went back as far as the 07/08 season and there had only been 4 game winning streaks twice). If Baron jacks up more shots than Jax it seems like a game that the Bobcats have to win.

I hate to say it but we are overdue for a stinker. I'd rather it be this game than the Pistons game.

I know what you mean. I keep waiting for the bubble to burst.

The guys must be totally and utterly stuffed. Away from home, crazy time difference, 4th game in 5 nights, the flights between games.

I can see us taking a lot of long jump shots again tonight. Just got to hope DJ/Jax/Crash and Boris have it locked in.

Is Crash gonna play tonight or just go through the motions like last night?

mikecranston1 Something will have to give tonight. #Bobcats have never won 5 straight road games. #Clippers last won 8 straight at home 18 years ago.

I thought last night would be the stinker, but they FOUGHT back. I think despite them probably being so tired they can't move, that confidence and positive momentum from last game will help us a lot tonight. Last night they were in a position of being down and basically out, but fought back and won the game.

I think last game was the tougher of the two. Clippers without Gordon are really limited. Sure, they have Griffen. BUt who else outside of him? Baron is not a HUGE threat to take over anymore, and they don't have anyone outside of those two. Kaman is still so-so. I think we have a better chance of wining this game then we did against the Warriors. This team is really progressing. They are really exciting to watch now. Just think about how good we will be when we get Thomas back! Wow!

Bobcats win, but it will be a low scoring sloppy game I think. Much like the Kings game. We will be tired as no one knows, they will be disfunctional on offense with no real threats outside of Griffin. Bobcats will finally get that 5 game win streak on the road....closer to .500 here we come! GO Bobcats!

I'm guessing this will be a huge letdown game, but 3-1 still isn't bad.

Not so sure it will easy, even without Gordan. This is the back of of a back to back, where they Cats played OT and then had to travel. It may be tough to get their legs under them tonight. Just hope for an overall solid team performance. Maybe Wallace will decide to contribute to the offense tonight.

This seems like a perfect game for them to take the night off. They've already exceeded most expectations for this road trip, they're playing a b2b where they went to OT last night, LAC hasn't played since Wednesday, etc. I'm hoping they keep up this west coast reign of destruction, but I wouldn't be surprised to see them laze through.

In the 9 games prior to Gordon getting injured the Clips had won 7 and averaged 109 ppg. In the 2 games without Gordon they are 0-2 and only average 94 ppg. They are a different team without Gordon. While they may have more rest, and we may be coming off an OT game, we still have the better talent. For them there bench will have to step up to make up for Gordon, which they have not been able to do. For us our bench will have to step up to help ease the back-to-back game after an OT game effect. I would take our bench over theres. They have some solid pieces, but I think our pieces are more capable of having a big game. Specifically Henderson and Nazr.

Foye has filled in for Gordon pretty nicely their past two games.
