nah...I say we give him a lil more touch on offense...another way of playing defense is making your man play defense/make him work. just look at his past games, hes more effective when hes also involve on offense. put him in the post more..worse thing that could happen is he gets fouled.

there is a difference when you're actually set up on offense/a play is draw for you vs. shots that you take because you haven't taken a shot yet. plus phil is doing a bad job overplaying luke.

Artest is the starting SF. That's just the best option.

Well there needs to be work done on the team in practice. Ron better wake up or he might be on the bench when he should be needed.

PJ never played lamar as sf with this team, a try here and there but nothing real, it´s not gonna be now that he will change his mind, ron got to wake the **** up and play with passion like last season

Just waiting for the trade Ron Artest rumors to start popping up...Put Walton in and get something better and I would say yes.

Having Barnes today would've done wonders (esp. when Paulina heated up)

Anyways, benching ron would make the situation worse IMO.
He's been doing better w/ more mins - so only situations I see is hope as a team we collectively just start playing better (more specifically to 1 and 3 spot) or we look for deals to move Ron for an athletic wing.

Despite his not so good play, the MLE for a player of Ron's caliber is still a good deal, IMO.

^This......chefy is on point. Ron is better when he's engaged offensively, yet we don't run him into the post, we don't ISO him basically we don't utilize him in this offense at all. Hell at this point though our stuff is broken, because when guys are going all over wanting changes here and there....something is wrong.

The Lakers are not playing to his strength. He needs to post up more. That's where he's at his best.

Plus I think Artest played good D against Paul Pierce. He was hot. Paul just made some tough ass shots. Artest was always in his face.

Looks like Ron was lost on half/most those plays... He had like 1-2 shots with a hand in his face.

If he can't get his shots to fall with Kobe, Pau and Bynum on the floor, he isn't doing any better playing with Shannon Brown and Blake.

And thats why every time he keeps missing the idea of still having Trevor pops into my head. Not like we can change it now but watching Ron is frustrating at times.
