If I was the ballboy, I would've offered him a towel after he hurt his head and at the last second thrown the towel the other direction and laughed at him!!

This. KG doesn't do anything positive for the league by being an ass. Some kids see players as role models (as bad of an idea that may be) So him acting like a dick with his antics, stupid comments is bad for the league. Only people with low morals find his antics funny.
There's a difference when players trash talk during the games within the players on the court. Those are meant to just pump up the rilvalry/competition. But to the public and when players get interviewed, they should act professional out of respect for the fans, the league and the sport.

KG is not a nice person. This is fact by the countless times he's been a douchebag.

But why are all you grown men getting aggravated over this? Kobe's an ass. LeBron's an ass. Bird's an ass. Jordan's an ass. Charles Barkley, the lovable fat guy, was an ass during his playing days. Can anyone recall a story where a woman asked for a second autograph and he did something mean to her (don't remember, I heard from my father).

I agree with whoever called out all the KG haters as overly "self-righteous". There will always be douchebags in this world, its best not to take them so seriously, for your own sake. In saying that, what KG said was pretty funny.
