As much as I like how your team is built, I'd do the trade. It should give you a more complete team, since Manu should give you top 20 PG/SG value. Manu should compliment very well with Gay, Wade and Horford. The question now is who would you drop between Terry and VC. Right now, I'm leaning on VC but I the upside of VC's game improving with Nash and how Beaubois' return should have a negative impact on Terry should be something to be considered.

Then I'd also consider the ff trades:
EB42 or Wilson Chandler for TP.
Gay for Nash.
EB for JKidd + filler.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

I wouldn't do it. Outside of Wall, your other options for assists are Wade and Holiday. In a head to head format, Dwight Howard is dominant as well if you make your team correctly. The Spurs already are a lock for the playoffs, and Popovich has a habit of resting his key players towards the end of the season, that can spell disaster for you in H2H playoffs. Jason Terry doesn't consistently get you assists and you already have scorers on your team which is what Terry is. Marc Gasol has been better of late, but his ceiling is Dwights floor. I would pass.
