Andrew Bynum missed practice on Monday with a sore left knee.

He sat out the first 24 games of the season while recovering from offseason surgery on his right knee.

"We're hopeful," Lakers head coach Phil Jackson said when asked whether Bynum will play Tuesday against the Rockets. "He says he'll play."

With all the trade talks going on, I wonder if there is anything to this? Or is it just coincidental?

coincidental. The worst value-crushing excuse you could use is to tell people he missed practice due to a sore knee. They'd better off saying he missed practice due to a 72 hour cocaine bender

He banged it during the C's game, he was kind of limping a little bit for a few mins and then looked much less aggressive the rest of the night. I'd bet more psychological then anything.

Psych has always been Bynum's problem.

I knew Gary was looking at it but I didn't know he banged it. I could read Drew's lips & he said Nah I'm fine.

Haha! I have heard some sport commentators that say that this is the best weapon used by Sport Agents when they are trying to prevent a trade. Same reasoning behind Agents having their clients get their own trainers. It's a wonder why this tactic isn't used more often. Who knows?

I'm happy in some way to read this. So he didn't became a pussy like gasoft, he simply injured against the Celtics.

Now let's hope it isn't anything serious. But it's Drew :(

Recover well big man! We need back the bynum that was destroying all the centers and jumping high to grab every rebound!
