I don't blame Ricciardi for Ryan getting injured. But I'm perplexed that he didn't actively try to get us a closer for the beginning of the season. If the Yanks lost Rivera, would they just pass the ball around?? JP knew Ryan's arm might be a problem from back in spring training.

I wasnt aware that you knew JPs every breath, step and action every single day. I'm glad you cleared that up that he didnt do a darn thing the entire time and just sat on his hands. Thanks for your insight.

Are you JP's great defender? Since he didn't pick up some bullpen help, you assume there was nothing out there. I see the glass as half empty. JP knew there was an issue and should have got some help. Especially if '07 was supposed to be a contending year.
