This board is slow for the trade deadline. Last season, it was active.

I think this could be a good move for Colorado. Glad he didn't go to Philly.

Thought the NHL wouldn't allow him to rejoin the NHL this year.

Well it's a insurence move for the Avs in case Sakic or Smyth go down.

First Forsberg and now they acquire Foote.

Wow thats a good team. They just need to hope Forsberg is effective.
