Are there room for three of them in this rotation? Cook is showing us he can be very useful shooting 3s.
I think Harden is much better player for starting at 2 position than Sefolosha, and I thinks it's consensus here, and not only for his ofensive skills, he's really smart at D. Would just work it out if Sefolosha played as Durant's shadow and Cook as backup for Harden?
I don't think our team has to put Durant to work 40 mpg every regular season game, it's not like he's our only scoring option so I think 15 minutes for Cook and Sefolosha would be fine.
And with this rotation, I don't think it would leave any utility for Green at our rotation, since he's mediocre at 4 position, and he could start at 3 position at several teams at the league. I really think he would be a reasonable starting SF at a title contender. With a rotation like this, he becames dispensable and most easily exchangeable.

Depends how willing brook is to expand on his 9 man rotation. Not sure if it's wise to expand for cook when he choose not to for DJ White.
Might work so long as he decrease Westbrook/Durant/Green minutes. They're playing an incredibly high minutes. Playing lesser of Westbrook/Durant will keep them fresher PLUS would be better for harden as well so he get more time to play with 1 of Westbrook/Durant instead. He doesn't seem to be able to assert if he's on court with both at the same time.

Nope. Cook is back to the bench.
I was kind of shcoked to see Harden not on the 2nd year rookie team!

Re: Harden, Cook and Sefolosha
I think that Cook has proven that he can be a asset to the thunder with just the threat of him shooting the 3. Harden is a good player that needs the ball in his hand and Brooks still is not a believer or Harden. He has no problem taking harden out as where if thabo plays bad, he still remains on the court. Brooks loves thabo so I don't see him going anywhere. Don't be surprised if Harden gets the short end of this deal. Cook has earned minutes down the stretch.
I think that if green gets traded or not resigned at the end of the year, it will open up alot of opportunities for Cook and harden to backup durant or possibly start next to durant.
I wanted to see Harden make the soph team but the other 9 players were just as deserving so I can't be mad. Harden should use it as motivation.

Cook's not even a great shooter but teams pay attention to him because of his reputation.

But...
Would this rotation work out? Would it be better or worse than the rotations Thunder's already playing?

Guess we got the answer to this question . Thabo 11 mins and horrible game offensively and defensively. Cook DNP . Harden 13 , 6 rebs and 5 assists
