I hope not. I don't think Donnie Walsh is what he once was.

I like to put Shawne Williams and David Harrison on Walsh.

Him signing Williams to the Knicks makes me think it was his pick.

As many great things as Donnie did for the Pacers (minus drafting Bender, Williams, Harrison) I dont want him back and dont see him coming back.
We will probably get Prichard

Pritchard would be awesome! I hope LB stays and sees this through. He's picked some really good players, but we need to find the right coach to harness the talent. Jerry put together Kareem, Magic, & Big Game and Shaq & Kobe, but Riles and Phil made the teams legendary. I feel Larry has done some quality selecting, but has yet to find his Phat Rileson to put it all together.

I think Walsh was best at making trades. His swindling ability was second to none.

Re: Wiretap: If Larry Bird doesn't come back...
the only problem with Donnie ever was at the end of his time here when he and Bird deferred too much to each other and things dropped in between them.
