Until the Wizards Win a Road Game, I'm ......

Post#1 » by pineappleheadindc » Wed Feb 2, 2011 4:45 pm

.
Things are getting pretty bad. It's time for some board intervention.

I was originally going to post that I wasn't going to shave until the Wizards won a road game, but I can't get away with that at work.

So, for me, no drinking until the darn Wizards prevail on the road. Boys, you better get your act in gear on the road pretty soon, or I'm gonna really be grumpy.

So, fellow boardies. What are you gonna do (or not do) until the Wizards win on the road??

A new Wizards tradition, Wizards fans, stand up until the Wizards score their first road victory.

I think I'll pledge to be sure to drink alcohol every day until they prevail on the road. Win one for Nate's liver!

I promise not to attend another home game until they win on the road.
(I was going to go to the Orlando game next, but oh well.)
I should likely not even watch a home game on tv until they win on the road.

Let their ratings and attendence suffer until they prove to be a real NBA basketball team.

Why should I suffer for the Wizards futility? I'd like to hear some personal "won't dos" from the players.

Well, in fairness, we took Mike Pence off their hands. Taking back Mahinmi is the least they can do.

The "cooperative wife" probably already plays man to man if she is okay with hubby doing pick and pop.

...going to keep reading things like this:
The Hornets are officially a sucker bet. Start the season 11-1, then lose nine of the next 12. Now, they've gone from winning 10 in a row to losing to the Kings, Suns and Thunder within the following four games while beating only the Wizards, and that doesn't count because it was in New Orleans and the Wiz appear contractually obligated to lose anything outside of D.C.

Note also the "Is Blake really a rookie?" piece at the top. I wonder which coach said he wasn't?
