Congrats to Russ. Well deserved.

Congratulations. He's a Star Player in the league.

But I'm not sure if he deserves it as team player. It would be fair if they just put him at the room corner and make him think about what he's been doing for Thunder and for his new contract.

Congratulations to him. Well deserved and I'm sure the first of many to come. I thought that Williams and Westbrook were the right choices. Nash has had his time and even though he's still great, his team isn't having the success of Utah and OKC. With that many PG's making case for a spot in the west I think that team success needs to be the determining factor.

Westbrook has been pressing things the past 2 months and has at times tried to take the spot light away from Durant leading to turnovers & poor shots

You can't rely 100% on Durant either. I know Russ can be a little trigger happy at times, but it forces defenses to incorporate him as well. I'd much rather that than teams suffocate KD.

Congratulations to Russ though, huge honour. Makes me all proud seeing two Thunder guys in the line up 8-)
