KG got a tech for moving Barea's arm out of the way, then he moved the ref's arm too. I hope he comes back to us in a few years..

Exactly, that's what I'm fearing. You can have a great offensive team, but if you never play defense, you will never win.

I'm wondering about Darko, he has pretty good defensive skills and decent mobility, but his recognition can be really poor sometimes. Ever since somebody brought up Bogut I've been thinking about what an enormous upgrade that'd be

It's just so depressing honestly.. every year I get excited with some acquisitions that we get.. and then we fail time and time again. Now I get my hopes up for Rubio and another high draft pick.. only to see Ricky say LOL NO THANKS and Stern forgets to put our name in the lottery.

Barea way over sold it and then the ref tried to get in there and actually the ref reacted to KG inappropriately as well.

I think the first thing that we need to learn about defense is putting a hand up.

Once they want to start playing defense, thats a good place to start.

Didn't catch the game, but the thing that really stood out to me when glacing over the box score were the assist numbers. They almost doubled our total of 18. On top of the many, many, other things they have to work on defensively, they have to try and play the passing lane a lot more.

Had to miss the last quarter due to work... glad I did by the looks of it.

We have officially not improved at all since last season. (And lets not get into this games are closer bull, the record is all that matters)

this season has been an incredible disappointment. the reason I'm so disappointed is that I've seen that this team has the potential to win some games, and they aren't doing it. last year, I was not disappointed. I was embarrassed. this team truly sucks, but they really don't suck as hard as last year's team sucked.

last year, opponents scored nearly 10 points more than we did per contest. this year, that number is around 6. if you think that's "bull," and that beating the kings a couple more times this year would have meant something significant, then I guess we will just have to agree to disagree.

I anxiously await your next "fire rambis" post.

What's disappointing me most with this team right now is the lack of improvement since the beginning of the year. They are losing the same exact way they were on day one making the same mistakes, same turnovers, etc. I expected them to start showing some improvement by this point in the season.

Agreed. It actually feels like we've gotten worse since the season started.

After 1 1/2 years of sucking every coach would be fired here in Europe. Just saying.

If you count out last year because the overall talent wasn't good enough then it's still half a year of sucking which would still mean the coach is fired. :dontknow:

Give Rambis till the end of the season. If the team hasn't improved by then fire him. While a long-term vision is important you've gotta at one point make a cut and say it hasn't worked out.
We are stockpiling the losses although we have much more talent to work with than last season. Something is wrong.
