The Rundown

TV: Comcast Chicago
Radio: 670 The Score

7. Colorado Avalanche (35-26-6; 76 PTS; 15 games left)
8. Nashville Predators (34-25-8; 76 PTS; 15 games left)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9. Vancouver Canucks (32-24-10; 74 PTS; 16 games left)
10. Phoenix Coyotes (33-28-5; 71 PTS; 16 games left)
11. Chicago Blackhawks (32-28-6; 70 PTS; 16 games left)
12. Columbus Blue Jackets (30-28-10; 70 PTS; 14 games left)
13. St. Louis Blues (29-27-10; 68 PTS; 16 games left)
14. Edmonton Oilers (31-31-5; 67 PTS; 15 games left)

St. Louis is in Detroit, Phoenix is in Dallas. Every other team above is idle. Blackhawks can move up to 10th with a win and a Phoenix loss (or OT loss). Hawks cannot slip out of 11th regardless of what happens tonight, since they will have more wins than the Blues even if they beat the Wings tonight. The Hawks have yet to beat the Ducks this season. 25% off of select tickets still available on blackhawks.com.

I just did a ticket search just for f***'s sake and I just wound up with glass seats, on the aisle, section 122, which is center ice. I'm not buying them, but rather giving you perspective on ticket availability tonight.

A lot of times more tickets become avaliable the day of or the day before the game so that could be the reason why.

2 early power plays so far. The Hawks looked very sloppy on the first one. Crawford made a nice save on a breakaway.

Wow crazy ending to the quarter. 2 different fights occur.
Parros went after Eager and Eager covered up but Parros kept punching.
Wisnewski then went after Perry.
Crazy. Both teams screaming at each other.

Corey Crawford is doing really good out there. Our defense is protecting him as well.

We need to score again. Pick up the pace more like the first period.

It almost felt like the Ducks had an extra player on the ice that whole period. I am stunned they didn't end up with a goal.
What happened to Kane and Toews? They were invisible that period.

Lets get a goal in this powerplay. We need some more cushion for this 1-0 lead.
