LeBron James leaving Cavs has caused ticket lawsuit
A consulting company demands $9,300 from Executive Tickets, claiming the company welshed on its promise of a refund if LeBron James did not return for the Cavaliers’ 2010-2011 season. The terms of the contract included “the LeBron Guarantee: if LeBron did not sign with the Cavs for next year, you will receive a full refund and any money for the 2010/2011 season.” The plaintiff purchased tickets for an 11-game package from Defendants for the 2010/2011 season and paid a total amount of Nine Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Dollars ($9,290.00)

Is Executive Tickets in any way related to the Cleveland Cavaliers organization? I'm not sure I understand the point of the question.
