Anyone that references the Nets deal as if the Nuggets turned it down cannot be taken seriously. The deal was contingent on Melo signing the extention with NJ. That was never happening, so neither was the trade. Denver cannot turn down anything that was not agree upon yet.

Te level of stupidity of his callers almost matches Screaming A's arrogance and ignorance. No concept of player synergy, cap, etc. I lasted until 7.40

Now I remember why I always hated him.
All in all he's just another prick with no wall

So if Carmelo has no chance staying with Denver. That's according to Stephen A. Smith...How do they have any leverage? If everyone says his choice is in NY and I would say East Coast is where he wants to be. I think we hold the cards and not the Nuggets.

Let's put it this way...if you already have a job lined up in July paying you 100k a year, would you settle for the job that pays 50k now and lose out on the better scenario? Bottom line is IMO the Knicks don't have to give up the farm. The Nuggets will eventually have to get a deal done with the Knicks.

He is proving great points.

Gotta admit I take back saying not to give up Gallo for Melo. We gotta do whatever it takes to get him now.
