Read somewhere else that he's actually a guest referee in the World Heavyweight title match, definitely excited to see this.

Something that won't make wrestling the worst piece of crap ever.

If Clay does this, i understand that it will be just for some fun and likely some cash. Thus, i won't begrudge him at all for doing so.

That said, i find professional wrestling to be so lame and cheesy, i think when celebrities take part, they end up also looking kinda silly in the process.

I'd probably watch any clips of Clay taking part once they got on the net, but it might make me cringe a bit and i certainly wouldn't pay any cash to watch it live if the match was part of a pay per view event.

It was filmed in Green Bay last night. Several Packers were there. They showed some clips of Clay.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Who wants to bet that Rodgers comes out and messes up the title shot for someone, then does his belt celebration to confuse whoever was dissing Green Bay just to set them up for the spear from Clay Mathews. I can just hear good ole JR right now. SPEAR SPEAR omg

I did some searching on wrestling forums. Sounds like Clay Matthews comes out and counts some guy out and then celebrates with whoever the champion is.

It would have been a hilarious wrestling storyline if Rodgers was in attendance and they somehow had him actually win the title.

SPOILERS!!!

My fiance won ringside seats and we attended Smackdown. Crowd was hot for everything Packers. A bunch of them came in right before the Smackdown taping started and place went crazy. ALOT of "GO PACK GO" and "WE WANT CLAY" chants. There was a "THE BEARS STILL SUCK" chant towards the end.

In the main event, Edge speared Dolph Ziggler and there was no ref. He speared him again and Edge waved toward the back. Clay came out and the place went ape sh*t. He ran to the ring and counted to 3 and Edge won. He posed with Edge for awhile and then all of the Packers came to the ring. Place was absolutely electric.

Dolph Ziggler?

I don't watch wrestling ever, but love that name. So what's the premise of Dolf's wrestling persona? Does he go out there and beat up fellow wrestlers with a big schlong?
