Word is, South Beach is ecstatic that they
won't be seeing Millsaps talents again this season...

Blue sucked.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

The Jazz traded Blue to Milwaukee for veteran combo guard Jay Humphries. LHM was obsessed with creating a three guard rotation at the time after having been impressed with The Piston's troika of Isaiah, Dumars and the "Microwave" Vinnie Johnson. The move never paid significant dividends for the Jazz, and after a few seasons they made a trade to get Blue back.

Never completely emerging from Sloan's doghouse, Blue was famously frozen out of the fourth quarter during a decisive game 5 on their home floor against 6th seed and eventual champion Houston, as he watched helplessly while David Benoit shot the Jazz out of the game, clanking 3 treys off the rim during crunch-time.

David Benoit looked like a catfish.

Gotta put that loss on Sloan, in my opinion. If Blue plays that quarter, and he could definitely play, then the Jazz win that game. With Jordan in the bush leagues and Hakeem beaten, that coulda been the Jazz's year.

Ah well, woulda coulda...

He looked like the lovechild of a catfish and Dave Chappelle.
