well he was the one that broke the 3 team talk between minny, ny and den before ESPN. so...

he also broke the story that said cliff lee was staying in Texas and Braylon Edwards was being released by the Jets.....

oh wait that didn't happen. he is a phony that with fake azz sources that thinks people actually give 2 craps what he says.

He never broke any information about the Nuggets-Wolves-Knicks trade. He may have said something about a deal with the Knicks will happen (as many have said) and then the Wolves trade story broke from ESPN. But that's not the same thing, obviously.

Don't know about the NFL stuff, he seems to have gotten something right there at one time.

we include wilson chandler in that deal too right?

Yeah he has to be included in that.

I don't get it

the knicks are shipping Chandler, Turiaf and 1st round pick for Jeff Green then re-routing Jeff green to Denver

or

the knicks are shipping out turiaf + 1st round pick for Jeff Green then re-routing jeff green to Denver

which one is it?

Really? Why would OKC do that unless they are REALLY fed up with Jeff Green. That would make them a significantl worse in my eyes. Not sure if I buy that one.

they need to pay westbrook and have already paid durant. green is the odd man out there.

he said chandler.

strange thing is jeff green's contract is almost up too, so that would be two players they would need to pay soon. talent wise thats not a bad package for denver though.

oh ok so denver would be getting Chandler and jeff green? I asked because I didn't think Turiaf + 1st round pick is enough to land Jeff Green.

The minnesota trade has to be done first to get the 1st round pick and then that pick and Turiaf go to OKC for Green and then Green, Chandler, and probably Corey Brewer go to the Nuggets

That's a very fair point that I didn't think about but couldn't they still get more for Jeff Green than just Turiaf and a 1st? That just seems extremly low for a guy who I deem is pretty good whether they had to pay him or not. It'd also be tough selling to the fans that they'd essentially be throwing in the towel for this season.

we watched turiaf get injured. he hobbled off the court. they're not holding him out because of a trade. i don't know man but this sounds funny.

Y'all have fun the next two weeks. Bottom line is greed. Melo will do what is good for himself. He doesn't give a crap about any of you or the city of New York. Don't ever forget that.

Spin theories all day long if it makes you happy, but this ultimately comes down to Melo getting paid. Everything else is totally secondary and that includes his desire to play in NYC.

Almost everything said is pure BS, because it only got this far because Melo wants what he wants which is to get his full compensation as a Knick.

But he will drop all of you like a hot potato in a New York minute if he starts to worry about not getting his big contract. He's no saint, just an athletic freak with marginal intelligence.

If you think his values preclude him stiffing anyone, I've got a bridge to sell you. Have fun driving yourself nuts.

I've had enough fun with this zoo for a day, but I won't be a sucker again and follow this like a cliffhanger to the bitter end.

None of you know Jack. Why waste your time any further? Just wait and see.

Don't be sheep. All of your participation in the hype does is feed corporate hunger to generate page hits and collect advertising dollars. Baaaaaaaaaaaaa! We're all just fodder to be made money off of, including your sacred Melo who is just another money hungry hustler.

Makes sense to me from Denver's standpoint (though those are a lot of wing players if you ask me). I am still not completely sold on the OKC just getting Turiaf and a first. It just doesn't seem like anything close to equal value. I can't see that trade going down with out OKC beggin for more in the long run.

The post said OKC would be the 4th team involved.....

So Denver would get a combo of Chandler, Green, Brewer and a pick?

I shouldn't even have posted this because it could really f*ck up the trade.

yeah i dont know if its fair value, but i remember reading something awhile back about how okc wouldnt resign all 3 and green obviously is least valuable. his value also depends on the market, he just might not be garnering a lot of interest.
