He's the only PG that's playing like an MVP candidate this season so I say he's the best PG as of right now for this season. With the injuries to Noah and earlier this season with Boozer I've been impressed with Rose and the Bulls. Coach Thibodeau deserves some of the credit too. Or maybe more than just "some" since he's gotten Chicago to be a top 5 defensive team.

I guess for Rose's ranking/rating as a PG/player will be determine on the upcoming playoffs.

Solid game from Rose, Millsap and Jefferson. What's going on with D-Will? :(

His game was not as bad as the last 2 mins looked...but the last few mins made it look really bad.

While he wasn't scoring he was feeding AL and Sap good stuff down in the post all night it was his crappy defense and choking that killed the jazz at the end..along with all the missed FT's

Maybe I'm naive but I think we're just as good as any of the #3-#6 teams(Mavs, Thunder and Hornets). For some reason the record and performance doesn't say it.

I don't know...maybe Sloan is the problem.

I think we're playing better, and honestly believe we'll gel by the end of the season and go into the post season hot.

Hopefully this game humbled Dwill a little, so he puts his head down and gets this offense running right.

Al and Paul were great, it was that late steal from Dwill by rose, and a couple other turnovers in the last minute that sealed it. It's easy to coast and blame personnel when you drop 30-10 and we lose, but this one was clearly on Deron.

Also, scary thinking about this team with Noah. Goddamn the Jazz need to make a move. I think the FO kinda knows it, but will probably wait until the offseason if anything.

Damn, I'm more deppressed today than I was last night. :( Our guys played such an awsome game, mainly Al and Paul, our D down the stretch was AWSOME, and the way DWill (of all people DWill) just crapped the game away. I mean, it's not like Chicago played some awsome D down the stretch or anything, we just gave them the ball back 3 times. It hurts that a game that could have really lifted this team to a healthy winning streak had to be a loss because of... well I can't find a word to describe our finish on the O end last night.

At least DWill accepted the blame so I'm preatty sure he'll come back with a vengance.

And for those "Al" haters, he's really tearing up a new one recently.

Great, great player. Honestly, he, Deron, and Paul are sort of interchangeable in my mind (they're the league's top three point guards, and it's hard for me to order them). Deron is a more skilled player, but Rose is more athletic and really uses it to his advantage.

Bulls fan here, good game. I thought down the stretch the game could have gone either way. I came away impressed with Dwill's passing game. He was better than I thought. Plus his ability to draw fouls and put pressure on his defender by driving to the basket. I wish Drose would incorporate drawing contact into his game to get to the foul line more often.

You guys clearly need a better bench. Your starting 5 can compete with the best but your bench will let the other team back into the game.

Our bench was a strength to start the season, they are just way too inconsistent.

So I'm assuming everyone heard about the meeting of the coaches with KOC after the game (lasted 30 mins) and that practice was cancelled today (unusual). Also rumors of Fesenko for Courtney Lee floating around. Trade imminent?

Bulls 35-16, Lakers 36-16. Yeah the matchups are different, but their records are nearly identical.

Other teams are also having some tough games lately. Last night:
NOH lost to NJ
Dallas beats Sac by 2
Denver lost to GS

For where the team is, last night went exactly as expected...almost. I still think this core has a huge upside as shown earlier this year, but at this point we are in regression and it is just upside. We're doing a little better each game.

Regarding the cancelled practice, 4 players missed it on tues due to injuries/personal reasons, and Dwill has the recurring wrist issue, and price tweaked something last night. It's not uncommon for teams to cancel practice due to injury. I am not expecting anything earth-shattering later today.
