mikecranston1 Silas on MJ at practice: "I love him out here. He's teaching them how to protect the basketball, how to play hard on defense, how to talk."

mikecranston1 Quite a scene with MJ playing in a scrimmage and Oakley refereeing. You can probably imagine Oak let them play a little.

.
mikecranston1 Wallace on MJ: "He's been kicking our asses. He still has it. He doesn't have this quickness, but he can score, he's a shooter."

How cool would that be to see this?! 8-)

MJ was probably a great floor captain, he's got a commanding voice. It'd be nice to see some of that on the defensive end for us if Someone could step up and fill that role, directing traffic and all that you know?

Good luck guys, I like your roster, full of hardworking gritty players. what do you'r tiebreakers with the knicks look like, because that team is fading fast, I think that if you guys get into the playoffs it will be over them and games like this one are huge.

This is good news. Brook Lopez is a strange player. I'd hate to see him nabbing offensive rebounds all night.

Though a pretty week rebounder for his height. He's averaging 5,6 (!!!!) this season. Although he would probably get a lot more against Nazr.

That's kind of my point. If Lopez was a better rebounder their team would be having at least a little more success. So giving it to him for free would be bad.

I wonder how it works?

I wonder if MJ had today penciled in on his calendar for weeks as his "train with my team" day, or if he just woke up this morning and thought "screw it, I feel like getting my sweat on. Might go run with the 3rd unit"?

No way Fats, did you really just allude to the White Shadow?

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say only a handful of posters here will be familiar with that one.

I LOOOOVE that he chose the third unit, if it was a choice at all. Defending MJ would be a magnificent experience, but getting assisted by MJ? Jizz.

No doubt! That would be unreal. Fantasy camp stuff.

Al_Iannazzone Nets practiced in Charlotte today instead of NJ in advance of tomorrow's game here. Avery said the 12-game road skid was the reason.

Al_Iannazzone AJ: "Shake it up. This is something we haven’t done. Who knows? We could have had this day just as a normal travel day."

Michael Jordan is so damn good and our team is so damn bad that he could be like Fat Oprah and still annihilate everyone during scrimmage.

He's 6'5" or whatever. The taller you are the less weight is really a problem.
