Honestly, I expect almost everything to be different from the Jazz except for the level of professionalism that is ingrained in this organization.
I expect our draft process to be completely different, I expect the types of guys we look at in free angency to be completely different, and I expect our trade philosphy is completely different as well. Sloan had as much control over this team as anyone, and it was very well known that if it came down to a decision between he and O'Connor, Sloan had the final say because he had the tenure, and the backing of LHM.
More power will be shifted to Kevin O'Connor I imagine, and if you look at his days in Philly, you can see a vastly differnet style than he had here with Sloan. I think we're in for a huge change over the next few months, and personally I am very excited. As much as I love Sloan, change is always exciting, especially when you haven't had a ton of it for a while.
What kind of changes do you expect to see?

Once again, Bat, +1. These changes may not happen this year (though some will), but I think we'll start to see some significant changes next year. I'm cautiously optimistic.

I am very excited to see how much differently we handle the draft/free agency/trades.
Sloan was most stubborn in these aspects of the game. He didn't like making moves during the season, the types of guys that we could bring into play in his system reduced the available players in the NBA that we could bring in down to about a third the size, and he tended to play it safe on draft night.
I hope we see some of KOC's influence in the next few weeks leading up to all-star break.
