+ this is why we will NEVER make it out of the 2nd round (at best) with RC as our couch. He just has no feel at all for lineups and he can't adjust to what the opposing team is putting out there.

Point is he shouldn't even be still out there right now.

Thank goodness the Rockets are the Rockets because Rick tried giving the game but they refused to take it.

I agree, but that's because RC is terrible with lineups.

Peja player of the game tonight just would have been nice to see him play in the 4th. 106-102 Mavs a lot closer than it should have been but a win on the road is a win on the road.

Nice to see Dirk make his FG, TF and try for rebounds at the end of the game. That was a different Dirk than we saw at the end of the Denver game.

The one positive about a loss is that it focuses people, we had 3 quarters of excellent play and a collapse after we thought we already won. For whatever reason we can't play at the same intensity when we're up.

I think that's just a characteristic of old teams (the Celtics come to mind). Which is part of why I can't wait for Roddy to get back. He was always on, especially when all the vets get lax.

But you can't just put it all on him, Lowry hit a bunch of threes in a short span, and if the game was close we would've made adjustments to defend better, but since we were up nobody responded. I think with it happening two games in a row, Carlisle will try to address it, so I'm looking to see how we perform the next time we're in this situation.

also there was a sh*tload of trolling going on this board and the houston board back when we played in the playoffs and they were better than they are now. christ were they annoying, but yea we just started referring to the place as a toilet and it's stuck (at least that's when i remember fist seeing it)

Ah yes! the official acquiring of Rafer Alston/Tracy "Brokeback" McGrady guaranteed the Rockets a championship threads. Damn that seven game playoff series against the Rockets was a blast especially when the Mavs shot the Rockets wheels off after they were up 2-0 going back to Houston.

Sorry about the good ole' days syndrome ... studcrackers just made me giggle a bit.

nothing wrong with it, that's when the board was at its best
