Let's hope we lose because I don't see flip surviving a loss today in light of what also happened vs the Spurs

Game time: 6pm

I had this dream last night that Ted fired EG and he decided not to hire a GM for decision making about players,drafts,trade etc but to use the Real GM Board.

So Ted would come in and start a thread about who a trade and then he would use the consensus from the board to make this decision.

anyway...Ted may be firing two coaches on Monday in Saunders and Bruce. Not a fun weekend for him.

All of Ted's comments through his blog and interviews, don't support the notion that he will make ANY changes during the season..... unfortunately. Flip needs to be fired, followed by Ernie. Give Pritchard plenty of lead-time to prepare for the draft and off-season.

I am with you in spirit, there is a game thread already up, but this match-up is still going to be the Toilet Bowl because all of the pressure is now on the Wizards to get that losing-streak monkey off their back.

Wizards lose, I feel another gut wrenching last second loss headed our way. If they cares as much for defense as they care for flair maybe we'd have a shot, but I just don't see it.

I don't think the Wiz have the character to bounce back after last nights game--especially since its the second game of a B2B--they'll be both physically and mentally fatigued. Cavs will come out pumped since it's a chance to start a winning streak, and since they know they can handle the Wiz. They poured in on at the VC in November.

All kinds of bad ju ju working against Flip now.

Dual game threads. Epic beatdown yesterday. Cavs with a possible WINNING streak today.

If this turns out to be Flip's curtain call I say Ji lives! Jay81 will be Ji as far as I'm concerned if this is it for Flip.

lol, I was going to name this game "Fire Flip vs Da Cavs". I think we have to seriously look at firing him if we get murdered by the Spurs one night and lose to the pitiful Cavs the next night while going 0 & forever on the road. Its defiinitely not all his fault and we suck so much that it might be good to keep him so we can get a top pick & then axe him but if we do that then people might get mad at us for doing it at that time.

If he loses then I wouldnt argue at all with him getting the boot. His sytem sucks, atleast for our team and he cant motivate our guys enough. Now he shouldnt need to motivate pros but this could be like a Bobcats with Larry Brown or a Pacers with Jim O'Brien situation where the team just doesnt respond to them anymore and looks way better with the new coach & system change.

If the Wiz don't win tonight then the road loss record is seriously in jepordy. The next three road games are against orlando, philly and miami. Philly is 9 out of their last 12 at home so that will be tough. They then have detroit and then Chicago. Detroit is a possibility.

I'd like to officially propose that we refer to this game as the Rubberneck Match.

If the networks had any sense they would televise this because, out of a sense of morbid curiosity, the nation will have a hard time resisting craning their necks to catch a glimpse of the two car wrecks we call the Wiz and the Cavs.
