Mike Fisher traded to Nashville for a 2011 1st and 2012 conditional pick. Not sure if I like that. :-?

I like it a lot for Nashville. That pick is going to be low, and Fisher is one of the most underrated players in the NHL. I think Ottawa could've got a lot more for him.

(Hi guys!!)

Game was awesome. Two old school teams that played some old school hockey. Whats not to love?

Nice to see you around by the way. You should stop in more than once a year :)

First of what I think will be a handful of moves for the Blackhawks, getting Frolik from Florida. Gives the Blackhawks a very good top two lines now that they can get Kopecky off of there.

Now get some defense and get back in the playoffs, you bitches.

And goaltending. I like Corey and I went to school with him, but he needs a bit more time before he's a #1.

I'm fine with the goaltending, honestly. I think the majority of the letdowns in net have come from this defense being terrible, not clearing out rebounds or turning the puck over at the blue line a lot. It's been a dramatic swing from the defense this year despite the fact the top four remain the same from their Cup run. Keith has fallen off a cliff, Seabrook is Seabrook, Hjalmarsson has slipped and Campbell was never very good defensively anyways. It's never good when you have Keith paired with Nick Leddy.

They can win with the goaltending they have, but not with this defense.

Also, if you're bored and need a laugh, look at BleacherReport's Top Available Defensemen
http://bleacherreport.com/articles/6046 ... men#page/1

Someone explain to me why Kevin Bieksa would be available?

I'm more shocked about Goligoski, Seabrook and E. Johnson being on that list. Why the hell would any of them be traded?

I've heard Bieksa rumors since the summer. I could've seen it happening, until Hamhuis got injured. They'll probably move Salo, if anything.

What's with the Sens media trying to vilify Fisher? He didn't want out, the team was obviously in a situation where they had to make some moves. No reason to ban Underwood's music on radio and calling her the Yoko Ono of hockey

First, it's Bleacher Report aka RealGM but the posts are made to look official.

Second, Seabrook's name was talked about a little by idiots since his contract is up at the end of the season and there's question as to whether Bowman can re-sign him. Goligoski and Johnson make absolutely no sense, however.

Anyone see that Pens-Isles game? I saw the highlights and wow what a brawl fest. Anytime you have players challenging goalies and players coming off the bench to fight...you that **** is out of hand.

Gilles deserved every bit of the 9 he got (such a cheap elbow), same for Martin.

That game got out of hand fast.

I'm surprised Martin only got 4, he was the one who started the whole mess. That situation could have gotten VERY serious because when he went after Talbot it was shades of Bertuzzi on Moore. Only difference is Talbot saw it coming and didn't get hurt. Plus Martin never challenged him beforehand from my knowledge

Well that's a pretty big difference.

You were expecting come back player of the year? I knew it wouldn't last long.

Great to see Datsyuk come back and get a big goal be his old self. Bert has been huge for Detroit this year gets goals when we need them the most also great to see us smash Boston twice! Lets hope we get the Kings in the playoff's the Sharks still scare me the got a lot of talent if they can only get their acts together and play as a team

I`m not suprised he retired, but I am suprised that it only took 2 games.

I'm not surprised he retired, I'm surprised he did it right before his first home game.
