do not update rosters before the trade is approved, trades will not get approved if roster is changed

Kobe is probably not getting traded, but the rest of my roster is available. After approvals, it should look something like:

Nene / Theo Ratliff
Lamar Odom / Kenyon Martin
Ron Artest / Matt Barnes / Devin Ebanks
Kobe Bryant / Luke Walton
Chris Paul / Ty Lawson / Derek Fisher / Steve Blake

Ideally looking to cut some costs, and also looking to package Ty Lawson in somewhere for an upgrade.
