Which Jay Will Lead Us This Season in These Categories
Homeruns - Jose Bautista. I think he'll surprise alot of people this year. Predicting 40 home runs
Average - Yunel Escobar. I would've said Rajai Davis but Escobar is almost surefire to have a bounce back and have a better year than he did in 2009 where he had 14 homeruns and 76 RBi's
RBI's - Jose Bautista - I feel that he'll be the guy that will be the main focus in the batting order this season
Wins - Cecil. ( would've said Morrow with the most wins but Cecil can only improve from the 15 wins he had last season
ERA - Morrow. I know alot of you guys are shocked by my picking of Morrow for this category but my gut is telling me that he can only improve from that stretch last year in his last 17 appearances where he had a 3.46 ERA with 119 strikeouts. I also think that he could potentially lead the league in strikeouts this year
Strikeouts - Morrow. We all witnessed last season what a flamethrower this guy really is and with a season under his belt, the sky's the limit for this future ace
Stolen Bases - Davis
What are your thoughts?

Re: Which Jay Will Lead Us This Season in These Categories
Homeruns - Jose. 35-38
Average - Hill. .196 BABIP last year compared to his usual ~.300. His avg should bounce back to ~.280
RBI's - Jose. Who else?
Wins - Romero. 16. He had the most 7+ IP outings. Cecil could surprise here also.
ERA - Romero. Assuming his peripherals improve for the 2nd straight year, he should be ~3.50
Strikeouts - Morrow. He had the K/9 lead by over 1.0 K so assuming his 10.95 rate falls to 10.5 and he pitches 180 IP, he'll have 210 Ks
Stolen Bases - Davis. He had 50 last year in 143 games. I'll say ~40.
Runs - Jose. 92 down from 109 last year.
Saves - Probably Frank Frank with ~28
Romero skips over the foul line - 400

Re: Which Jay Will Lead Us This Season in These Categories
Good Topic.
I am hoping for bounce back years for Hill and Lind, and look forward to development by our young pitching staff.
HR's: Bautista ~40 HRs
AVG: Escobar ~ 0.305
RBI's: Bautista 105
Wins: Romero 17
SO: Morrow ~200
ERA: Romero @ 3.50
Allstars:
Bautista & Romero
Most Improved: Morrow (I am hoping for a jump in wins & drop in ERA)
Least Improved:Encarnacion
Team's Most Valuable Player: Aaron Hill (I am hoping for a big bounce back this year, putting up similar numbers to 2009 with excellent defence)

Way over-estimating Escobar's AVG on this site.....
K's --- JPA
E's --- Lind
Caught Stealing --- Davis
Walks --- Morrow
Loses --- Cecil
Blown Saves --- Dotel

Here's my guess
Homeruns - Lind
Average - Podsednik
RBI's - Bautista
Wins - Romero
ERA - Romero
Strikeouts - Morrow
Stolen Bases - Davis
I hope that Lind is going to have a bounce back year and hit 38HR's. Bautista will be in the running but he'll be passed on the last weekend. I think Romero is going to a bonafide #1 ace this year. Podsednik will be a revelation as our #9 hitter and his above .300.
