Noah is still out. So I like our chances well enough.

Rosey was talking trash a few days ago, saying it would be an easy win for them.

Their whole board treats us like absolute dirt. My god, if we win this it will be SO hard not to troll them immensely. Just rub it in their homer faces... They're obsessed with Rose and refuse to see any fault in him they didn't come up with first. They hate every player who isn't on the bulls team... It's just **** over there. But I still go :(

Not sure what we have in the tank today after that emotional win verses the Lakers last night. Cannot help but have a little bit of a letdown. And not sure if DJ will be his normal self against the Bulls with the wrist hurting. He usually steps up big against Chicago and Rose.

4th game in 5 days. Judging by our back-to-back record we're not supposed to win this one. (Wow, I'm starting to use too much "we" and "our". After signing up to realgm I have become a big Bobcats fan. I used to just like them, root for them from time to time.)

Rose didn't quite say that, he qualified it by saying "if we play hard." I do think there's a distinct difference there, he doesn't usually make unqualified declarations about anything but his own promised ability and effort.

And captaincrunk, if you're having trouble stopping going to the Bulls board, I can arrange it so that you can not see the board anymore. By banning you from it. Not a problem. My pleasure, actually. :P

I say that Oakley teaches Livingston a few things before the game and he knocks Rose on his ass during the game. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

Tonight's super match-up: Kurt Thomas vs. KwaMVP/Nazr.

Not really. He actually said, "If we play hard, it should be an easy win for us".

Not the same. He is the last guy that would talk trash in the media. He is really old school.

I heard the whole interview and listening to him you can tell that he is super mad that Bulls lost twice to Bobcats. Look for him to be super aggressive. He did the same vs Magic.

Not true.

There are so many fans who also think that Bobcats have our number and how we just lay an egg etc. There are some being really careful and saying we might overlook Bobcats coz of HUGE game vs Spurs on TNT coming up.

Not same as treating bobcats as dirt.

how is that not the same? what it like a back hand comment instead of a open hand slap in the mouth?

Actually, I misremembered the quote. To be exact, it was " “I think if our energy is high, it should be an easy game." He didn't even say win, though he implied it. I don't think it is a slam on your team, because it is more a reflection by Rose of his own team-- we did not play with excellent energy the first two times we played you. He qualifies that the game should be easy to them if they play hard-- it's a mantra for the Bulls, not a smack-down of the Bobcats abilities.

Clearly there is some sort of agenda with Chicago being gifted that #1 pick in the lottery. But unless Chicago makes a great trade at the deadline, I don't see how they can beat the Heat, Celtics, or Magic in a 7 game series.

Did I do that right?

Well a healthy Boston is beating anybody this season. But miami and especially Orlando are both beatable. When the Magic got rid of Lewis it really took away a main problem for the Bulls and that is the stretch 4.

I partly agree. Bulls do need a trade to improve their SG spot but they don't need a GREAT trade like you say. In great trade we would have to give up a lot.

Bulls just need a good/solid trade like OJ Mayo/Affalo/etc or atleast Courtney Lee type of player and I think they can compete against anyone. Who knows how it will go in the playoffs though.

I do believe you were trying to incite rebuttals so...yes. Yes you did.

I think if Diaw is aggressive in attacking the basket and Boozer we could win this game. This is the classic letdown game because we are so inconsistent and coming off a big win but it would be nice going into the break having handed Boston, LA Lakers, Atlanta, and Chicago losses in the same week and a half. But Gerald Wallace seems to have resurgence and we have beaten Chicago twice this season with totally craptastic performances by S-Jax and Crash

Same thing could been said about the atlanta game, we also barley tried yesterday against the lakers, so our energy should be decent.
