Seriously unless you live near SE Asia or Central America, none of those places are cheap to get to. Roundtrip to Thailand is over $1000 and about $600-700 to the other two places. If your going to Nicaragua i would suggest contacting your relatives ahead of time to expect calls from your kidnappers asking for ransom.
Why not do what everyone else does and go to Florida for Spring Break?
I think he means cheap once he gets there, the flight will likely be a little pricey regardless...
Another suggestion would be Colombia. Flight if you book ahead is fairly cheap. Very friendly exchange rate. Plenty of adult nightlife. Just keep your azz away from the jungle and border areas...

Panama.
It's Florida before it became filled with douches. It's cheap, uses US dollars, beautiful women (There's a cigar bar called Habanos that literally have gorgeous girls lined up to talk to you), and you can rent a mansion for a weekend for cheap. I got a second home there when the weather in the northeast gets on my nerves (like now). Plus it's way safer then the other suggestions (Columbia, Nicaragua, Mexico, etc.) The weather is perfect right now and great surfing (if you're into that.)

A while back there was a topic discussing e-book readers.
What was the general consensus on which was best?

Newark. Its really cheap. The travel won't be too much. Drugs are rampant. Girls aren't that pricy either. I hear they are giving away tickets to their professional sports team too.

You should seriously consider becoming a drug mule. Your trips will be all-expense paid and you not only get to do drugs, you get to swallow them in large quantities. And you get all the workout you could dream of at the other end, literally, of the trip.

I searched around the net, apparently Thailand, Nicaragua, and Guatemala are all very cheap. I thought Estonia used to be very cheap but apparently not anymore. Seems like Nicaragua is my best bet so far.

CrackWhore in a Super8 in Poughkepsie seems to satisfy the requirements. If she's thin enough, depending on your what your lift totals are, you could probably persuade her to let your bench her and do squats with her on your back, for only a few dollars more.

Try Colombia. You get drugs, and when they kidnap you they take care of your essentials; food, drink, a place to stay. I'm not sure about the girls but it's not impossible to think they'd be around too.

Re: OT: Cheapest Travel Destination?
Honestly, no travel is cheap these days. The cheapest vacation is the one that takes the least amount of time to get to. For instance, Vegas might be expensive when you get there, but its only $250 roundtrip from New York, as opposed to $1000 roundtrip to Bangkok, which is definitely cheaper.

Takes one to know one genius..... Where the hell are you going in Florida where there are so many douches,. Yes I( live in Florida and have traveled pretty extensively through out the US and the world, first stay away from europe the exchange rate will kill you. Central America and south America are interesting but be-careful where you go. For instance in Managua, they still have bullet marks on the wall from the revolution and the crime rate can be frightening. We had armed guards escorting us there. Costa Rica is more then likely your best bet. Spirit used to fly there petty cheap (I set up airline terminals for an airline and now do IT support for cruise ships) Columbia is safe enough if you stay with a group. But if going by yourself then Costa Rica yes over Panama, prettier place, still have the surfing and the jungle with the added flair of it being very pro american. A feeling I did not get all over when I was in Panama

People in one San Mateo neighborhood can finally rest easy. There was a prowler on the loose, and he has finally been caught. His name is Dusty and he's a cat. That's right, Dusty the klepto-cat.

Never underestimate the strength of knowledge.
Bring back the physical game and send the softies home.

It's really not like how the "Gringo" perception of it is. If you keep to the main cities and tourist destinations its fine for the most part. People get into trouble when they go out into the jungles and further away from the areas I mentioned. There are also people who draw attention to themselves by acting like a dumb "Gringo." It's actually a quite amazing country. I would not recommend going without some local help though to get you around.
