The Washington Wizards and New Olreans Hornets have agreed on a Trade

Washington Wizards Trade
Kirk Hinrich $9,000,000

New Orleans Hornets Trade
Shannon Brown $2,149,200
Marcus Banks $4,847,586
Didier Mbenga $854,389
2011 atl first no prot
$7,851,175 x 1.25 + 100,000 = 9,913,968

Prior to this trade, Washington waives Hilton Armstrong to open up one roster spot.

Washington accepts. Hinrich belongs on a contender, and we weren't going to re-sign him, so picking up the first and Brown provides us with some good value in return.

for:

CJ Watson $3,600,000

Note to commissioners - I believe this is how the trade has to be structured, for CJ Watson to be absorbed by a TPE. Obviously part 2 is contingent on part 1.

Why for LA? We cut costs.

It should work...
WHY?
We get LAKERS PLAYERS!. In all seriousness, we think Artest will flourish as a 6th man as well as under coach Thibs. We also think Watson to Blake is a ungrade as well as Korver to Barnes as well as Brewer to Artest. Taking on Walton stinks, but hey, at least the guys BBall IQ is higher then most. We feel that JCraw and the 2nd help our youth as well as future trades. Good dealing fellas.

Houston Rockets Receive:
SG Sasha Vujacic ($5,475,113)
PF Troy Murphy ($11,968,253)
Outgoing: $17,443,336

New Jersey Nets Receive:
SG Jamaal Crawford ($10,080,000)
PF Jared Jeffries ($6,883,800)
Outgoing: $16,963,800

Rockets Accept

We get rid of a chucker and a guy who doesn't fit into our longeterm plans and add Troy Murphy and Sasha Vujacic who can replace Crawford's scoring. This also doesn't hurt our financial flexibility either.

Wanted to bolster the wings and I did that with Crawford. Jeffries is a nice vet and is an expiring deal.

Knicks Get
Brandon Jennings $2,331,120
Carlos Delfino $3,500,000

Total: $5,831,120 x 1.25 + 100,000 = $7,388,900

Bucks Get
Raymond Felton $7,000,000
Bill Walker $854,389

Total: $7,854,389
Total Used In Trade: $7,000,000 (Min salary rule)

Accept. We're rebuilding, and Jennings is only 21 and we feel like he still has a lot of potential. Plus we save some money with this deal.

Memphis and Milwaukee have agreed on a deal

Marc Gasol ($3,573,333)
Paul George ($2,238,600)
Jeff Foster ($6,655,000)

Total = 12,466,933

for

Andrew Bogut ($11,000,000)
Earl Boykins ($854,389)
Jon Brockman ($1,000,000)

Total = $12,854,389

Why for Memphis: We get an elite defensive anchor and the 2nd best C in the league. Gasol wasn't as good defensively and George wasn't going to get enough playing time here to really develop.

The Phoenix Suns and Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed upon a trade.

The Suns send Mickael Pietrus ($5,300,000) in exchange for Sebastian Telfair ($2,700,000), and Lazar Hayward ($1,020,960).

Phoenix Outgoing/Wolves Incoming: $5,300,000
Wolves Outgoing/Phoenix Incoming: $3,720,960 X 1.25 = $4,651,200

Minnesota is under the cap enough to absorb Pietrus contract.

We're bored, looking to deal, pick up a prospect, save some money.

T-wolves accept. Take a chance on Pietrus who can be a good shooter/defender and play both wing spots, while giving up basically nothing.

The Bucks accept. Raymond Felton is a great defender and leader, which is exactly what I want out of the PG position. Brandon Jennings just isn't what we need at this time.

Paul George has enormous potential, each and every day he is looking better and better, I wanted to add him to this team before his value got too high. Jeff Foster is one of the best backup Centers in the NBA, he is a great defender and a veteran presence for the team.

Well contingent on Philly and Minnesota trade, the Phoenix Suns and Charlotte Bobcats have agreed upon a trade.

The Suns send Marreese Speights ($1,773,960), 2011 Orlando First, Lazar Hayward ($1,020,960), Sebastian Telfair ($2,700,000) in exchange for Desagna Diop ($6,478,600).

Suns Outgoing/Bobcats Incoming: $5,494,920 X 1.25 = $6,868,650
Bobcats Outgoing/Suns Incoming: $6,478,600

Suns accept, we LOVE Diop.

As part 2 of this trade, the Suns and Cats have agreed upon another trade.

The Cats trade O.J. Mayo ($4,456,200) in exchange for Amar'e Stoudemire TPE.

Suns accept, we still believe in Mayo, and feel he can be apart of our core.

Charlotte Accepts. On the first day of practice O.J fired at Kwame Brown when he lost a game of horse, so we wern't sure what was more cancerous O.J's head, Kwame's lethargacy or Desagna's contract. Then an amazing oppurtunity came along to rid ourselves of all in one move, while picking up some young talent in Haywood and Speights, while acquiring a late first too.

Bobcats waive Kwame Brown.

The Warrior and Jazz have a trade to announce:

To Utah:

David Lee $10,800,000
Brendan Wright $3,398,072
Stephan Curry $2,913,840
Louis Amundson $2,225,000
Acie Law $633,253

= 19 970 165 x 1.25 = 24,962,706.2

To Golden State:

Deron Williams $14,940,153
Mehmet Okur $9,945,000
Francisco Elson *minimum, salary not included as per LCoon's CBA

Why for GSW? The opprotunity to pair up Deron WIliams with Carmelo Anthony and make a run for a title was too good to pass up.
jnzook's favorite player depth chart:

Deron Williams/Kyrie Irving/George Hill
Paul George/Jeremy Lamb
LeBron James/Danny Granger/Michael Kidd-Gilchrist
Dirk Nowitzki/David West
Roy Hibbert/DeMarcus Cousins
