"it's what I do" Poll

Post#1 » by Felton for Pres » Sun Feb 13, 2011 11:34 pm

Jax is a polarizing figure on and off the court. Good Jax showed up last night and gave us another great quote "It's what I do". So, with that in mind, what should that really mean taken beyond one game

It was actually "This is what I do."

Someone should show him a clip of the final 8 secs from the Dec 31st home game Vs the Warriors.

Or a clip of any one of the other dozen or so times he's shafted us!

In saying that, he has the balls to take the shot and no ones going to hit them every time.

Jax means "I'm gonna be the guy to take the BIG shot". Of course, he never met a shot he didn't like, or wouldn't take. He wants to be THE MAN, and he gets to have a big rush when he actually makes one of these. Really, that's not very often, but we enjoyed last night as much as he did.

We don't have a player willing to do this other than Jax, so I guess we should appreciate him, despite his flaws. It's kind of like having a fiddle player for the square dance, who isn't real good, but is good enough to dance to.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

The thing is, Jax is actually decent in the clutch.

He means, don't ever question him when he takes shots, you got me... you got my whole package with all the bells and whistles.

S-Jack out.

It's a really cool quote worth knowing in its original language.

Whenever Jack starts killing offensive movement, dribbles the ball off his foot, and making terrible decisions I liken that to going "full (Please Use More Appropriate Word)" and therefore call him "Simple Jack." We've been seeing less of Simple Jack lately, thank goodness.
