Is it true Donnie will not be traveling to LA for the whole, 'face to face' thing? If so, his health and immobility is really starting to become tiresome...No I don't think James would have come here if Donnie was some young slicked back haired young gun instead of wheeling in in a chair and brace - but the image is somewhat wearing..but if this were the case, it's beyond an image thing and ventures into real..... I'm sure Donnie from the phone is better than most in person, but you HAVE to be therefor this type of thing and sit down with them to make it get done..... go in the room and close the door not to leave until it's settled.

I was just saying that I think Woj is full of S**t more than anything else. Nets need to realize they're about to lose Melo for nothing if they keep up they're bs.. Think about this carefully and somebody give me a good answer:

If Prokhorov is denying that he's interested in getting back in it, why on earth is his team offering 4 picks?

I'm not saying I believe Prokhorov (I don't) but if they are giving up 4 picks already, then why is he acting like he doesn't need the deal? It's one thing if you've got a LOW offer out there and want to force Denver/Melo to come to him ... OK ... but if that's your negotiation position, then why are you offering 4 picks?

In other words, his stance only makes sense if you are trying to get Melo at the best price possible.

UNLESS he is just trying to save public face. Don't know.

Honestly, I've been following the NBA since Earl Monroe days and I've never seen any more unprofessional an organization than the Nuggets FO right now. And believe me I've been through the Sterling, Layden, Isiah Era's.
